Right to Return to Work After Maternity Leave

After returning from parental leave, a mother has the right to return to work at any time. According to the Labor Code, the mother's job is saved during the care leave provided until the child reaches 2 years of age. If the employer obstructs, a complaint can be filed with the regional justice body or the labor inspectorate.
