Procedure for Low-Income Family Benefits

The procedure for assigning benefits to low-income families with minor children: an application is made to the neighborhood citizens' assembly, required documents (passport copies, children's birth certificates, disability information) are submitted. The income level and property composition are checked. If the total family income exceeds 4 times the BRV or if they have more than one house or car, assistance is not assigned. The amount of the benefit is determined by the child's age and the family's composition.
